The Terms of Service are a legal contract between the individual using the Service (“you,” “Customer,”) and (“Company,” “Cleaning Care Orland”, Cleaning Care”, “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before signing the quote. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our site or making a booking. By scheduling a one-time or recurring service with Cleaning Care Orlando, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 Our Cleaning Services are charged per hour per cleaner, not per job type or per property. Our Minimum rate will be discussed below (Pricing)
1.2 If the Collection of keys or any means to access the property will be available outside the location of the scheduled property address or more than a ten-minute walk, additional charges will apply. The same goes if the collection of the key or any means to access the property will be available before the cleaning date. If there’s a need for the presence of the Customer to access the property and if the customer is over thirty (30) minutes late, a late charge may apply.
1.3 Customer should make sure all personal things and valuable items are totally moved out and/or secured before the cleaning schedule. In the event that money or any valuable items were lost, Cleaning Care Orlando shall not be liable for this. We are a very respective and responsible company that takes extra effort to make sure not to break or damage any item while we are cleaning, however, in the event that an accident occurs, and proof of the incident is present, We have our general liability coverage/Insurance Policy. Replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. Also, Cleaning Care Orlando Management shall be notified not less than 24 hours after the service is done, If the customer finds something is missing or damaged. (Strong Evidence such as before photos or videos shall be submitted).
1.4 Upon arrival, Our Cleaners will have a walk-through at the property, and Any type of Cleaning outside the scope of work must be communicated/requested in our office. If in any case the house is not what it was described and the cleaning type is not applicable, We are entitled to change the quote and pricing and send it to the customer for review and approval again.
1.5 If ladders are needed to reach high areas, this should be mentioned at booking.
1.6 Waste or trash removal is only part of our cleaning plans if a Trash Bin in front of the property is available.
1.7 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – We Offer a service guarantee Policy If in any case, the customer is not satisfied with the cleaning or proof of missed areas are present (Photos/videos) Customer must report it to our office at least 24 hours after the visit is completed and we’ll go back to redo the cleaning. We are not able to offer cash refunds or discounts for poor quality on the original bill in place of a redo. The property must be available for us to come back at least 48 hours after we cleaned.
1.8 Cleaning Care Orlando is a professional cleaning service that is licensed, bonded, and insured.
1.9 Cleaning Care Orlando always have a 1-hour window for emergency, heavy traffic, and unforeseen events on the way.
1.10 Customer feedback is crucial in helping us offer the highest quality of service to all of our customers. Customer surveys are sent after each cleaning via email. Customers can also call our office for feedback.
2.1 We charge per hour per cleaner, not per job type or per property. We charge a minimum of $40/hour(per cleaner) for regular houses and $45/hour(per cleaner) for post-construction properties. We use a system that calculates the sqft, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and type of cleaning and give customers an estimated time we can finish the work. We only charge from the time we arrived at the property up to the time the client confirmed the job and/or up to the time we completed the service. The hourly rates are subject to change depending on the negotiation of our staff, discounts offered from our office and other promotions.
2.2 The final quote can be adjusted if the wrong information is provided when booking the service.
2.3 The final quote can be adjusted if the type of work changes on the day of the visit. (E.g. Regular cleaning turns Move-out Cleaning, or Deep Cleaning Turns Post Construction and the like)
2.4 All Quotes including Fridge and Oven are base on a (one) single oven and (one) single fridge, If any bigger or additional fridge and oven, or additional Kitchen are to be cleaned and requested by the client, an added cost applies per every required Item.
2.5 The final quote approved by the customer is not a fixed rate price for the whole job. If in any case, the cleaners will need more time and the condition of the house requires additional attention, a request for more time will be made by our staff in the office and written or verbal approval must be provided by the client We will only charge customers for the time spent in the house and we will only extend the time and charge for additional hours that are approved by the customer. In the event that the Customer doesn’t want to extend the time and there are still areas that will not be completed, Our Service guarantee will not apply.
3.1 Upon approval of the Quote, we encourage our customers to authorize us to accept their credit card information using our system and put a $1 hold on the card for security policy. If in any reason the client refuses to provide Billing information, Cleaning Care Orlando may still schedule a visit hence, the invoice must be right after we finish the job.
3.2 We receive Cash and check payments, Credit cards, Zelle, and PayPal ONLY. Please make checks/zelle payable to Cleaning Services United LLC or Cleaning Care Orlando.
3.3 Invoices are rendered after each cleaning visit and Payments must be made within 24 hours after the visit is done. If the payment hasn’t been made within 7 days, Penalties shall apply.
3.4 For additional time, and additional areas to clean, the Client must approve before charging for additional fees.
3.5 If a refund must be made, the customer must contact our office at (689) 407-8300 and or email us at support@cleaningcareorlando.com or contact@cleaningcareorlando.com. If the refund or dispute was made accidentally, or by mistake, the Customer must provide $25 for each disputed invoice made by the customer through our system.
3.6 Should A check be returned, a $35 returned check fee will be added to your account balance.
4.1 The house must be Clutter-free, have electricity and water, Good spot for the pets, If any of these circumstances are present or hinder the cleaning, we consider the property as “Not Ready for a cleaning service” it may be subject to reschedule, or cancellation. a $35 rescheduling fee or $50 cancellation fee must apply.
4.2 Rescheduling and cancellation must be made 48 hours before the visit, otherwise, $35 fee for rescheduling and $50 cancellation fee must apply.
4.3 For any unforeseen catastrophe such as; Hurricanes, Tropical Storms, Tornadoes, wildfires, and floods. An automatic waiver of the fees must be considered.
4.4 The client should also pay a cancellation if:
-If our Team of cleaners already arrived at the Client’s premises and cannot gain access to the property through no fault of the Company. If keys are given to the team of cleaners prior to the service date, they should open all locks without any effort or special skills.
-If the Client cancels the Service upon the arrival of the cleaners onsite.
-If the visit got canceled because of wrong information given by the client.
4.5 Deposits or Booking fees are non-refundable.
4.6 Our Company has the right to reschedule or cancel a service in cases where an incident or any sudden situations have befallen the assigned cleaning team, before or during the visit schedule.
Cleaning Care Orlando will not be liable under any conditions for any damages, expenses, loss, delays, compensations, or costs (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) that may be encountered or incurred by the Client arising from or in any way connected with the following:
5.1 The failure of the Company to offer the cleaning services is a result of factors, which are beyond the Company’s control. Factors beyond our control include the inability to gain access to premises, severe weather conditions like snow, storms, floods, and more, and lack of proper resources like lighting, electricity, and water.
5.2 Cleaning Care Orlando will not be held responsible for damage of items due to improper installation.
5.3 Existing damage to the Client’s property in the form of spillages, burns, or stains that cannot be removed or cleaned by the cleaners using industry-standard cleaning methods.
5.4 We reserve the right to refuse disclosure of confidential company documents.
5.5 Arrival and cleaning times are estimated. We won’t be liable for missed or canceled costs or any other costs owing to completion times or delayed arrival times.
5.6 Company shall not be responsible for any third parties or their actions who enter or are present at the premises of the Customer during the cleaning visit nor any charges incurred of said third parties not being granted access. Our cleaners cannot be relied on to grant access to the property to any third parties.
5.7 Claims can be covered by the Company or our subcontractor’s insurance only if the breakages and damage are reported within forty-eight (48) hours of the cleaning service visit. Cleaning Care cannot be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items. Any claims after 48 hours after the cleaning will not be acknowledge and Cleaning Care Orlando will release its liability.
6.1 If the property being cleaned is within the congestion charging zone, the congestion charge should be paid by the customer.
6.2 The Customer is completely responsible for paying any parking penalties incurred from any misinformation or mistake on their part.
6.3 We do not allow our crew to climb higher than a 10 step-Ladder, in case cleaners need to clean something on a high place, they will use a long swiffer. This kind of service must be informed prior to the service.
6.4 We do not offer Professional Grout Cleaning.
6.5 Our Company does not authorize the moving of furniture or anything heavier than 40LBS unless the cleaner approves it and we won’t be liable for any damages. Unless the customer moves the furniture then we clean beneath or behind it.
6.6 We do not offer industrial Cleaning or any other complex cleaning outside our scope.
6.7 We DO NOT clean Biohazard environments such as, Human or Animal feces, blood, properties that need pest control, Emptying/Cleaning animal litter boxes, and the like.
